Roland Kemper primarily advises medium-sized companies and public businesses in the area of contract drafting, corporate und public governance, and information technology law. His practice focuses on the development of new business models (in particular with digital elements), design of success factors for digitalization projects, preventive conflict management (licensing models, data protection, competition law for sales and procurement activities), the development of R&D co-operations and IT due diligence for strategic transactions.
Roland Kemper furthermore offers a vast expertise on foreign direct investments and internationalization strategies. He graduated from the postgraduate diploma course on EC Competition law at King’s College London.
